DELWP is evolving into a highly engaged department. Through a process of knowledge sharing, virtualisation, ideas integration, and mobilisation they are transforming the nature of the entire department.

The Department of Environment, Land, Water, and Planning (DELWP) underwent a significant transformation, evolving into a highly engaged and forward-thinking Department.

Musubi shaped this transformation by driving a commitment to knowledge sharing, virtualisation, idea integration, and mobilisation, staff engagement as well as stakeholder department cooperation. The aim was to reshape the department's operations and impact. The role of DELWP was crucial to Australia’s commitment to improving the way our natural resources are managed and the livelihood of all Victorians.

Musubi, an award-winning brand transformation agency, partnered with DELWP to craft a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the department’s evolving identity. This project was a multi-faceted endeavour, designed to strengthen the DELWP brand and its connection to the Victorian Government brand. The new brand standards developed by Musubi provide a solid foundation for DELWP's internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and engagement across all touchpoints.

The scope of the project was extensive, covering key areas such as Brand Strategy, Brand Positioning, and Identity Development. Additionally, Musubi implemented an Internal Culture Program to foster a cohesive and motivated workforce. The visual identity of DELWP was enhanced through high-quality Photography, Signage, and Packaging, while digital experiences were elevated with App Development and a user-friendly Website. Printware and Social Media strategies were also integral parts of the project, ensuring that DELWP's new brand resonates across various platforms.

This comprehensive rebranding effort positions DELWP as a leader in its field, ready to share its innovative approaches and successes with a global audience, further solidifying its role as a vital entity within the Victorian Government.
