We refreshed and created a new direction for a new Japanese restaurant, future-proofing it for the next five years A fitout period of 10 days and a budget of under $100K was allocated for the project.

Musubi created a brand that represents what they believe in as an restaurant.

At the heart of their brand is an idea – ‘Artisan Larikan’.

It’s what they stand for as a company and is the central organising principle for everything they do.

Focused on a pure look.

For this Thieves’ Market, we wanted to combine Japanese food style minimalism with individuality and down to earth food styling.
